IRONSIDE Multi Row Luxe – Adjustable Cable Row Machine for Targeted Back Training
The IRONSIDE Multi Row Luxe is engineered to maximize upper back development by delivering a smooth, controlled seated row motion. Its 10-position adjustable pulley system allows precise angle variation, ensuring optimal engagement of lats, traps, rhomboids, and rear delts.
With a 105 kg weight stack and 2.5 kg micro-increments, this machine supports progressive overload with accuracy and consistency. Designed for both commercial gyms and advanced home setups, it delivers efficient, ergonomic, and adaptable back training.
10-LEVEL HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT FOR CUSTOMIZED ANGLES
The multi-height pulley system lets users target different regions of the back by adjusting the cable angle. This feature eliminates the limitations of fixed-row machines, making the workout more dynamic and effective.
Whether you're isolating the lats, mid traps, or rear delts, each setting supports a precise and controlled range of motion, enhancing both muscle engagement and technique.
ENHANCED STABILITY AND ERGONOMIC SUPPORT
A widened base platform provides exceptional stability during heavy lifts. Tested for a variety of body types, the structure maintains proper alignment and posture throughout the workout.
The extended seat design enhances movement freedom, allowing for full stretch and contraction during each rep. This promotes better biomechanical efficiency and supports more complete muscular development.
BUILT-IN HANDLE STORAGE FOR ACCESS & ORGANIZATION
Featuring a 4-position handle rack, the IRONSIDE Multi Row Luxe keeps attachments organized and within reach. This innovative system eliminates clutter and allows users to quickly switch grips for different exercises without interrupting the workout flow.
FUNCTIONAL, PROGRESSIVE BACK TRAINING FOR ALL LEVELS
From novice to advanced athletes, the IRONSIDE Multi Row Luxe provides a versatile and scalable solution for back training. Its adjustable pulley, solid steel construction, and ergonomic features make it a go-to machine for serious development.
Ideal for lat rows, high pulls, and isolation work, it offers a smooth user experience with maximum muscle engagement and minimal joint stress.
Build a stronger back by combining the Multi Row Luxe with the Seated Row Plate Luxe and the Dual Lat Pulldown.

Bon equipement, belle qualité
100% happy ! recommend it
I purchased this ÍPS Pro 2.0 multi-station at a very good price. I think it’s a very versatile piece of equipment, and the quality is excellent. The steel components and overall construction are very sturdy and well-made. As a precaution, if you live outside the city and don’t have access to Ironside’s assembly service, you should make sure you have someone experienced with assembly. This is not an easy piece of equipment to put together, and the instruction manual isn’t sufficiently detailed or clear, so that’s something to keep in mind. That said, their support is good, and they help you remotely. The purchasing experience was excellent, with great customer support and helpful information provided through WhatsApp. Personally, I value being able to purchase everything from a single brand with outstanding quality, as it makes things easier by allowing me to work with just one supplier. These machines are nothing like the poorly assembled, lightweight equipment sold at Liverpool or on Amazon. They are professional-grade, durable machines built with exceptional attention to detail. I highly recommend purchasing from Ironside!

Good product
It’s a very user-friendly and easy-to-use piece of equipment. The members are very satisfied with its benefits.
Very good machine. The only thing I wasn’t completely impressed with was the display, but for the price, the treadmill is perfect for all types of running workouts.
The treadmill is good quality, I recommend it, and I got it at a great price. The only downside is that it took almost a month to arrive. I suggest improving the logistics and shipping process, especially since this is the third time I’ve purchased a product from you.
Excellent purchase!! It’s a high-quality product at a great price. I highly recommend it 100%.
