IRONSIDE CANADA – Exchange & Return Policy

At IRONSIDE FITNESS CANADA, we are committed to delivering a top-quality shopping experience. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange or return under the terms below.

1. Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-off Period)

In accordance with Canadian and Quebec consumer protection laws, you have a 10-calendar-day period from the date of delivery to cancel your purchase and return your item.

Conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging, with all tags and accessories.
  • The item must not show signs of wear, damage, or modification.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to a shipping error or defective product.
  • A restocking fee of up to 10% may apply on eligible returns, depending on the condition of the returned product.

2. How to Request an Exchange or Return

  1. Contact us at info@ironsidecanada.com to receive the return or exchange request link.
  2. Provide the following information:
    • Your order number
    • The email address used for purchase
    • The item(s) you wish to exchange or return
    • The reason, along with clear photos of the item(s)
  3. If requesting an exchange, please specify the replacement product (subject to availability).
  4. Choose a return shipping method (courier pickup or drop-off).
  5. Submit your request.
  6. Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery for unused, unassembled items in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective or an error occurred.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Worn or washed clothing, or items without original tags
  • Intimate or personal-use items
  • Items damaged by misuse, improper assembly, or poor storage
  • Returns requested after the 10-day withdrawal period
  • Gift Cards, Final Sale Items
  • Used, assembled, or opened items
  • Products damaged after delivery
  • Products modified or installed by third parties

4. Processing Time & Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will confirm its status via email.
  • If approved, your refund will be issued within 5 to 15 business days, depending on the payment method used.
  • Store credit may be offered as an alternative, based on your preference.

5. Incorrect Orders

If you received the wrong product:

  • Contact our customer service team at info@ironsidecanada.com or via live chat.
  • We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost as quickly as possible.

6. IRONSIDE 12-Month Warranty

All of our products come with a 12-month legal warranty* from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects and functional issues. See our Warranty Policy for full details.
