IRONSIDE FITNESS CANADA â Exchange & Return Policy

IRONSIDE Fitness Canada is a Canadian fitness equipment distributor operating from Quebec. We are committed to providing transparent policies and a professional customer experience.
1. Voluntary Return Policy
As part of our customer satisfaction commitment, IRONSIDE Fitness Canada offers a voluntary 14-day return policy on eligible products, starting from the date of delivery.
This return policy is not a legal right of withdrawal, but a commercial policy offered by IRONSIDE Fitness Canada.
Eligibility Conditions
- Products must be unused, unopened, unassembled, and in original packaging
- All tags, accessories, and documentation must be included
- Products must show no signs of wear, damage, or modification
- Return shipping costs are the customerâs responsibility, except in cases of shipping error or manufacturing defect
- Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%
- Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted
2. Opened or Assembled Products
To maintain product quality standards and ensure all customers receive new and unused equipment, products that have been opened, assembled, partially assembled, installed, or used are no longer eligible for return or exchange.
Returns are accepted only for products that remain:
- unopened
- unused
- unassembled
- in their original sealed packaging
Most fitness equipment sold by IRONSIDE Fitness Canada is shipped in boxes and requires customer assembly. Assembly may require time, patience, attention to detail, and the use of basic tools.
Customers are responsible for carefully following the assembly instructions provided with the product.
Please carefully inspect the product packaging before opening or assembling your equipment.

3. Freight / Oversized Equipment
Due to the nature of oversized fitness equipment shipped by freight carriers (LTL/pallet delivery), these products are considered final sale once shipped.
Customers are responsible for:
- verifying dimensions before ordering
- ensuring the equipment fits through doors, staircases, elevators, and installation areas
- being available to receive and inspect the shipment upon delivery
Refused freight deliveries or failed delivery appointments may be subject to:
- return freight charges
- storage fees
- restocking fees
Customers must inspect shipments upon delivery and report visible freight damage within 24 hours of delivery.
Failure to report visible shipping damage within this timeframe may affect claim eligibility with the carrier.
4. How to Request a Return or Exchange

Please include the following information:
- Order number
- Email used for the purchase
- Product(s) concerned
- Reason for the request
- Clear photos of the product(s)
For exchanges, replacement products are subject to availability.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return:
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Used, opened, assembled, installed, or partially assembled items
- Heavy or freight-shipped equipment (palletized shipments or LTL deliveries)
- Demo units, floor models, showroom products, and discounted display items
- Clearance or final sale items
- Gift cards
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper assembly, or improper handling/storage
- Return requests made after the 14-day period
6. Refunds & Processing Time
Once the returned item is received and inspected:
- Approval or refusal will be confirmed by email
- Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 15 business days
- Refunds are issued using the original payment method, unless store credit is requested
7. Incorrect or Damaged Orders
If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, please contact us immediately at: info@ironsidecanada.com. We will arrange a replacement or solution at no additional cost.
8. Warranty
All products sold by IRONSIDE Fitness Canada include a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.
