Shipping and Pickup Options ironside shipping

Shipping Across Canada

  • Coverage: We ship to all Canadian provinces and territories.
  • Delivery Times: Estimated delivery is 2 to 10 business days, depending on the destination and product availability.
  • Pricing: All prices on our website are in Canadian dollars and exclude applicable taxes (TPS/TVQ).
  • Shipping Cost: Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of the order.
  • All deliveries are made curbside (at the truck level).

Important Shipping Information

  • Shipping Address: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. IRONSIDE FITNESS CANADA is not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
  • Tracking: Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent via email so you can monitor delivery progress directly with the carrier.
  • Split Shipments: Some items in your order may be delivered separately depending on availability and warehouse location.
  • Delivery Delays: If you experience a delay, please contact the carrier first. If further assistance is needed, our customer support team is here to help.
  • Damaged Products: Please inspect all items upon delivery. If you notice any damage, report it to us within 24 hours and include photos of the packaging from multiple angles to help us resolve the issue quickly.

Additional Considerations

  • Volumetric Weight & Distance: Final shipping costs may be adjusted based on volumetric weight and shipping distance. If the real cost exceeds the estimated amount at checkout, IRONSIDE will cover 50% of the difference, and the customer will cover the remaining 50%. You will be notified in advance if this applies.

Preorders & Estimated Arrival

For preordered items, estimated arrival dates are approximate and may be subject to change. Your order will be shipped as soon as the items arrive at our warehouse.

Free Pickup at Our Warehouse

Skip the shipping fees! You can pick up your order for free at our warehouse : 583 avenue Delmar POINTE CLAIRE QC H9R 4A9

Once your order is ready, we’ll send you a confirmation email. You’ll have 30 days from that date to collect your order. Please bring a valid ID and your order confirmation or invoice when picking up.

During pickup, please check your items on-site. IRONSIDE FITNESS CANADA is not responsible for any damage or loss once the pickup form is signed by the customer.
