IRONSIDE CANADA – Warranty Policy
Effective Date: October 21, 2025
At IRONSIDE FITNESS CANADA, we take pride in offering durable, commercial-grade equipment designed to perform and last. All our products are covered by a limited warranty to protect your purchase against manufacturing defects and premature failure under normal use.
1. Warranty Coverage
All products purchased from IRONSIDE FITNESS CANADA include a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified in the product description. This warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
- Functional issues resulting from normal use
- Hardware failures due to factory defects
2. Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear, scratches, paint chips, or cosmetic damage
- Damage due to misuse, neglect, or improper installation
- Commercial misuse beyond normal gym operation
- Modifications or repairs performed by unauthorized parties
- Corrosion, rust, or deterioration caused by humidity or improper storage
- Damage caused during transport after delivery
3. Proof of Purchase
A valid proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required to validate all warranty claims.
4. Warranty Process
- Contact our customer service team at info@ironsidecanada.com with the following information:
- Order number
- Product name and serial number (if applicable)
- Detailed description of the issue
- Clear photos or videos showing the defect
- Our team will review your claim within 3–5 business days and may request additional details.
- If approved, we will provide one of the following:
- Replacement of the defective part
- Repair instructions or service
- Replacement of the product (in rare cases, at our discretion)
5. Warranty on Replacement Parts
Replacement parts provided under warranty are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period or 90 days from the replacement date, whichever is longer.
6. Limitations of Liability
IRONSIDE FITNESS CANADA’s liability under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement of defective products or parts. We are not responsible for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Labor costs, installation, or disassembly
- Loss of time, use, or income
