The IRONSIDE Infinity Dual Lat Pulldown & Low Row 3.0 combines a lat pulldown and a seated low row in one selectorized station. Your members train both fundamental back-pulling patterns without changing machines or losing their setup between exercises, in the floor space of a single station.
Selectorized Stack with Fine Micro-Load
The 212 lb (96 kg) weight stack covers everything from technique work to heavy sets for advanced lifters. The 10.1 lb (4.6 kg) micro-load closes the gap between plates, so users can progress week after week without jumping too heavy or grinding out poor-quality reps. The selector pin allows load changes in seconds, keeping supersets and circuits moving.
Smooth, Consistent Cable Tension
Coated cables and bearing-mounted pulleys keep resistance steady and quiet through the full range of motion, with no spikes at the start and no dead zone at the end. That consistency makes controlled tempos and long eccentrics possible while reducing cumulative joint stress in high-volume blocks.
Guided Paths: Lat Pulldown and Seated Row
- Lat pulldown: pulley angle and pivot point calibrated to keep tension in the mid-range, where the lats produce most of their force. Thigh hold-down rollers anchor the hips so the body does not lift as the load climbs, protecting the shoulders at the bottom of the pull.
- Seated low row: a wide footplate and horizontal cable line target the rhomboids, mid-back and rear delts with a stable, repeatable path.
- Back supersets: switch from vertical to horizontal pulling without leaving the station.
Ergonomics That Lock In Posture
The rollers fix the pelvis so force comes from scapular retraction, not lumbar flexion. Ergonomic handles spread the load across the hands and wrists, so grip is not the limiting factor. The extended bench allows a quick transition between pulldown and row while keeping the spine aligned.
Commercial Build, Simple Maintenance
551 lb (250 kg) of structural mass keeps the machine planted under heavy pulls and back-to-back users. Protective shrouds cover the weight stack, and high-traffic finishes stand up to frequent sanitizing. Preventive maintenance is limited to cleaning, visual inspection of cables and pulleys, and periodic bolt checks.

I purchased this ÍPS Pro 2.0 multi-station at a very good price. I think it’s a very versatile piece of equipment, and the quality is excellent. The steel components and overall construction are very sturdy and well-made. As a precaution, if you live outside the city and don’t have access to Ironside’s assembly service, you should make sure you have someone experienced with assembly. This is not an easy piece of equipment to put together, and the instruction manual isn’t sufficiently detailed or clear, so that’s something to keep in mind. That said, their support is good, and they help you remotely. The purchasing experience was excellent, with great customer support and helpful information provided through WhatsApp. Personally, I value being able to purchase everything from a single brand with outstanding quality, as it makes things easier by allowing me to work with just one supplier. These machines are nothing like the poorly assembled, lightweight equipment sold at Liverpool or on Amazon. They are professional-grade, durable machines built with exceptional attention to detail. I highly recommend purchasing from Ironside!
