IRONSIDE Olympic EZ Curl Bar (10 kg) – Ergonomic Design for Enhanced Performance and Joint Protection
The IRONSIDE Olympic EZ Curl Bar (10 kg) is an essential piece of equipment for weightlifting training, designed to maximize performance while minimizing injury risk. Its ergonomic design allows for a more comfortable grip, making it ideal for exercises like tricep extensions and bicep curls, effectively reducing strain on the wrists.
Optimize Your Performance with Enhanced Safety
The uniquely curved shaft of the EZ Curl Bar is engineered to limit pressure on the joints, protecting wrists and elbows during heavy lifts. This bar is perfect for athletes who prefer a narrower grip and is compatible with standard Olympic plates, making it a versatile tool suitable for any gym environment.
High-Quality Construction for Durability
Crafted from high-strength steel, the bar features 4 needle bearings and 2 bronze bushings to ensure smooth and controlled rotation. Its elastic ring design and bronze collars guarantee exceptional durability, allowing the bar to withstand heavy loads up to 450 lb (204 kg) without compromising structural integrity.
Ideal for Targeted Strength Training
The IRONSIDE Olympic EZ Curl Bar is the perfect choice for those seeking safe and effective strength training. Designed for isolation exercises and movements requiring a specialized grip, this bar suits both beginners and advanced athletes, delivering reliable performance and joint protection. Add it to your equipment and elevate your training to the next level!
Maximize performance by combining this bar with the Pro Bumper Plates, or expand your barbell collection with the 20 kg Powerlifting Bar.

I purchased this ÍPS Pro 2.0 multi-station at a very good price. I think it’s a very versatile piece of equipment, and the quality is excellent. The steel components and overall construction are very sturdy and well-made. As a precaution, if you live outside the city and don’t have access to Ironside’s assembly service, you should make sure you have someone experienced with assembly. This is not an easy piece of equipment to put together, and the instruction manual isn’t sufficiently detailed or clear, so that’s something to keep in mind. That said, their support is good, and they help you remotely. The purchasing experience was excellent, with great customer support and helpful information provided through WhatsApp. Personally, I value being able to purchase everything from a single brand with outstanding quality, as it makes things easier by allowing me to work with just one supplier. These machines are nothing like the poorly assembled, lightweight equipment sold at Liverpool or on Amazon. They are professional-grade, durable machines built with exceptional attention to detail. I highly recommend purchasing from Ironside!

Good product
It’s a very user-friendly and easy-to-use piece of equipment. The members are very satisfied with its benefits.
Very good machine. The only thing I wasn’t completely impressed with was the display, but for the price, the treadmill is perfect for all types of running workouts.
The treadmill is good quality, I recommend it, and I got it at a great price. The only downside is that it took almost a month to arrive. I suggest improving the logistics and shipping process, especially since this is the third time I’ve purchased a product from you.
Excellent purchase!! It’s a high-quality product at a great price. I highly recommend it 100%.
