Built for high-traffic training environments and serious home gyms, the IRONSIDE Adjustable Aerobic Step Bench combines a rigid polypropylene (PP) structure with a textured TPE surface to deliver a stable, quiet platform with real grip—even during intense sessions.
With dimensions of 48 × 13.5 × 14 in (121.5 × 34.5 × 35.5 cm) when fully open, it provides ample space for lateral movements, jumps and directional transitions without any “wobble.” When folded down to 43.5 × 13 × 8.5 in (111 × 33.5 × 21 cm), it stores easily in racks, under platforms or in compact spaces.
The system allows adjustment from 0 to 90 degrees with a high-end hydraulic mechanism, offering more versatility than a standard step platform.
Structure and Grip (PP + TPE)
The polypropylene base delivers structural rigidity and stability, preventing flex under load or impact. The high-friction TPE top layer maintains consistent traction, even with sweat, while remaining easy to clean.
With a maximum load capacity of 440 lb (200 kg), it supports plyometric work, external loads and explosive movements without compromising stability. The extended length allows safe lateral transitions, while the width balances stability and movement efficiency.
Adjustability and Ergonomics
The system supports a working height of up to 38 in (96.5 cm), allowing progressive intensity without additional accessories. Whether for low-impact cardio or advanced plyometric work, adjustments are quick and repeatable.
Weighing approximately 26 lb (12 kg), the step remains stable during use while still being easy to move. Integrated handles improve portability and storage, while the foldable design maximizes space efficiency in gyms and studios.
Performance in Cardio, HIIT and Strength Training
For cardio and HIIT sessions, the PP + TPE combination provides a balance of shock absorption and responsiveness, helping protect joints while maintaining high training intensity.
For strength training, it supports movements such as step-ups, split squats, hip thrusts and stability work with a solid and consistent platform. The reliable grip allows quick directional changes without slipping.

I purchased this ÍPS Pro 2.0 multi-station at a very good price. I think it’s a very versatile piece of equipment, and the quality is excellent. The steel components and overall construction are very sturdy and well-made. As a precaution, if you live outside the city and don’t have access to Ironside’s assembly service, you should make sure you have someone experienced with assembly. This is not an easy piece of equipment to put together, and the instruction manual isn’t sufficiently detailed or clear, so that’s something to keep in mind. That said, their support is good, and they help you remotely. The purchasing experience was excellent, with great customer support and helpful information provided through WhatsApp. Personally, I value being able to purchase everything from a single brand with outstanding quality, as it makes things easier by allowing me to work with just one supplier. These machines are nothing like the poorly assembled, lightweight equipment sold at Liverpool or on Amazon. They are professional-grade, durable machines built with exceptional attention to detail. I highly recommend purchasing from Ironside!
