Built with a die-cast aluminum alloy frame backed by a 10-year warranty, it delivers exceptional rigidity and a smooth, silent carriage feel—ideal for high-traffic studios, rehabilitation clinics and demanding home gyms.
The combination of imported pulleys, stainless steel rails and high-elasticity wheels ensures minimal friction and consistent return, allowing precise tension control from one session to the next.
Aluminum Structure and Silent Glide System
The die-cast aluminum frame offers an excellent strength-to-weight ratio, reducing flex and vibration during both explosive concentric phases and controlled eccentric work. Dual stainless steel rails combined with a 10-pulley system ensure a smooth, quiet and consistent carriage movement.
PU upholstery (1 mm thickness) with high-elasticity foam provides firm support without premature compression, even under intensive daily use and frequent cleaning.
Additional hardware includes an engraved rope anchoring post, thick nylon ropes with double-stitched loops and a high-elasticity wheel system (4 load-bearing longitudinal wheels and 4 auxiliary lateral wheels), minimizing lateral friction and maintaining precise movement tracking under load.
Calibrated Spring System and Precision Adjustments
The reformer includes a standardized 5-spring system (3 red ~62 lb, 1 green ~26 lb and 1 yellow ~20 lb), allowing precise resistance adjustments without abrupt jumps in load. This setup supports everything from mobility work to strength and power training.
The adjustable footbar with 6 positions and shock-absorbing coating improves comfort and stability, especially during posterior chain work. The 3-position adjustable headrest and high-density shoulder blocks provide proper alignment while protecting cervical and shoulder structures.
Foldable Design and Smart Space Optimization
This model is engineered for easy folding and transport, featuring integrated wheels and a stable frame geometry that prevents tipping during movement.
When fully opened, the reformer offers a bed size of 102.4 × 25 × 7 in (260 × 63.5 × 18 cm). Once folded, it significantly reduces space usage, making it ideal for boutique studios, clinics and multi-purpose training environments.
The unit weighs approximately 115 lb (52 kg) net and 159 lb (72 kg) gross, with packaging dimensions of 65.7 × 25 × 7 in (167 × 63.5 × 18 cm), allowing easy transport through standard doors and elevators.

I purchased this ÍPS Pro 2.0 multi-station at a very good price. I think it’s a very versatile piece of equipment, and the quality is excellent. The steel components and overall construction are very sturdy and well-made. As a precaution, if you live outside the city and don’t have access to Ironside’s assembly service, you should make sure you have someone experienced with assembly. This is not an easy piece of equipment to put together, and the instruction manual isn’t sufficiently detailed or clear, so that’s something to keep in mind. That said, their support is good, and they help you remotely. The purchasing experience was excellent, with great customer support and helpful information provided through WhatsApp. Personally, I value being able to purchase everything from a single brand with outstanding quality, as it makes things easier by allowing me to work with just one supplier. These machines are nothing like the poorly assembled, lightweight equipment sold at Liverpool or on Amazon. They are professional-grade, durable machines built with exceptional attention to detail. I highly recommend purchasing from Ironside!
