The IRONSIDE HYROX Training Pack is a complete equipment set for HYROX and hybrid race training â sled push, sled pull, farmers carry, wall balls and sandbag lunges, all in one purchase. Instead of buying five pieces of gear separately and hoping the weights line up, each pack is loaded to match a specific HYROX division.
Available in Lite, Standard and Pro, so you train at the loads you will actually race with.

Sled push and sled pull in one setup
The Power Sled is the centrepiece. Sled pushes build horizontal power, quad and glute strength, and the anaerobic capacity that decides how you finish a race. Load it with your own plates and progress week to week.
The included drag rope turns the same sled into a pulling station â grip strength, core bracing and upper-body pulling power, from distance. Push and pull are two separate HYROX stations, and this pack covers both with one piece of equipment.

Seven of the eight HYROX stations are trainable with this pack. Only the ergometers (row, ski) and the burpee broad jumps sit outside it.

Frequently asked questions
Which HYROX pack should I buy?
Match it to your division. Women Open should train with 16 kg kettlebells (Lite), Men Open and Women Pro with 24 kg (Standard), Men Pro with 32 kg (Pro). If you are between divisions, size up â training heavier than race weight makes race day feel lighter.
Does the sled come with weight?
The Power Sled is sold unloaded. It accepts standard Olympic plates, so you can build up to the 152 kg and 202 kg sled loads used in competition as you progress.
How much space do I need?
Plan for a 10 to 15 m push lane, indoors or out. The sled runs on turf, rubber flooring, concrete and asphalt.
Can I use this pack if I do not compete?
Yes. Sleds, kettlebells, sandbags and wall balls are the backbone of any conditioning programme. Hybrid racing simply organises them into a format worth training for.
