The combination of imported pulleys, stainless steel rails and high-elasticity wheels ensures minimal friction and consistent return, allowing precise tension control from one session to the next.
Aluminum Structure and Silent Glide System
The die-cast aluminum frame offers an excellent strength-to-weight ratio, reducing flex and vibration during both explosive concentric phases and controlled eccentric work. Dual stainless steel rails combined with a 10-pulley system ensure a smooth, quiet and consistent carriage movement.
PU upholstery (1 mm thickness) with high-elasticity foam provides firm support without premature compression, even under intensive daily use and frequent cleaning.
Additional hardware includes an engraved rope anchoring post, thick nylon ropes with double-stitched loops and a high-elasticity wheel system (4 load-bearing longitudinal wheels and 4 auxiliary lateral wheels), minimizing lateral friction and maintaining precise movement tracking under load.
Calibrated Spring System and Precision Adjustments
The reformer includes a standardized 5-spring system (3 red ~62 lb, 1 green ~26 lb and 1 yellow ~20 lb), allowing precise resistance adjustments without abrupt jumps in load. This setup supports everything from mobility work to strength and power training.
