IRONSIDE Luxe Horizontal Bench Press – Plate-Loaded Chest Strength Machine
The IRONSIDE Luxe Horizontal Bench Press is a professional-grade pushing machine designed to build upper body strength with control, stability, and comfort. Its plate-loaded design allows users to target the chest, deltoids, and triceps in isolated or bilateral movements, offering powerful and symmetrical upper-body stimulation. Built for demanding commercial gyms and high-performance training centers, this bench is a robust and effective solution for strength progression without joint stress.
Crafted from industrial-grade steel, with high-comfort upholstery and non-slip handles, its ergonomic design ensures biomechanically precise execution, respecting the body’s natural pressing angles. With dimensions of 190.6 × 171.3 × 96 cm and a total weight of 108 kg, it’s built to withstand heavy loads and constant use.
Powerful Chest Training with Pro-Level Safety
This horizontal bench press is engineered to maximize activation of the pectoralis major, triceps, and anterior deltoids, offering smooth, controlled movement. Thanks to its independent arm system, it supports unilateral or bilateral workouts, helping to correct muscular imbalances and fully engage the primary motor unit.
The flat pressing motion effectively replicates the traditional bench press—but with enhanced postural support and no need for a spotter. This reduces injury risk, sharpens technical focus, and supports higher training volume during strength or hypertrophy programs.
Optimized Ergonomics for All Body Types
The bench features a firm backrest, high-density padding, and an adjustable seat system to ensure stable, aligned positioning for every user. Textured, non-slip handles provide a secure grip—even during heavy sets or under sweat—allowing proper form throughout each rep.
This ergonomic design not only boosts comfort but also supports safe, precise movement, reducing unnecessary strain on the shoulders and wrists. It’s a reliable machine for both beginners and advanced users seeking efficiency and performance.
Commercial-Grade Stability & Resistance
Its high-resistance steel frame with a matte black electrostatic finish ensures long-term durability, even under intense daily use. The plate-loaded system (Olympic plates not included) allows for realistic progression, adaptable to any fitness level.
It also includes side plate storage horns, helping to keep the training space organized and facilitating quick load adjustments between sets. This bench is designed to integrate into upper-body strength zones or full gym circuits, delivering both versatility and durability.
Functional Integration for Gyms & High-Performance Training
The IRONSIDE Luxe Bench Press is a cornerstone station in any strength program. It supports classic movements like flat bench press, unilateral pressing, or upper-body compound sequences such as chest–shoulder–triceps routines—allowing users to train with intensity, even without a barbell or spotter.
Its presence enhances the professional feel of any gym, encourages safe progression, and offers a fast learning curve without compromising technique or long-term results.

Bon equipement, belle qualité
100% happy ! recommend it
I purchased this ÍPS Pro 2.0 multi-station at a very good price. I think it’s a very versatile piece of equipment, and the quality is excellent. The steel components and overall construction are very sturdy and well-made. As a precaution, if you live outside the city and don’t have access to Ironside’s assembly service, you should make sure you have someone experienced with assembly. This is not an easy piece of equipment to put together, and the instruction manual isn’t sufficiently detailed or clear, so that’s something to keep in mind. That said, their support is good, and they help you remotely. The purchasing experience was excellent, with great customer support and helpful information provided through WhatsApp. Personally, I value being able to purchase everything from a single brand with outstanding quality, as it makes things easier by allowing me to work with just one supplier. These machines are nothing like the poorly assembled, lightweight equipment sold at Liverpool or on Amazon. They are professional-grade, durable machines built with exceptional attention to detail. I highly recommend purchasing from Ironside!

Good product
It’s a very user-friendly and easy-to-use piece of equipment. The members are very satisfied with its benefits.
Very good machine. The only thing I wasn’t completely impressed with was the display, but for the price, the treadmill is perfect for all types of running workouts.
The treadmill is good quality, I recommend it, and I got it at a great price. The only downside is that it took almost a month to arrive. I suggest improving the logistics and shipping process, especially since this is the third time I’ve purchased a product from you.
Excellent purchase!! It’s a high-quality product at a great price. I highly recommend it 100%.
