IRONSIDE Luxe Assisted Chin & Dip Machine – Full Upper Body Progression
The IRONSIDE Luxe Assisted Chin & Dip Machine is a premium upper-body training station designed to build strength progressively through biomechanical precision and intelligent assistance. Featuring a 105 kg weight stack and a foot-assisted platform, it allows users of all levels to safely perform pull-ups, dips, and grip variations with perfect form and controlled resistance.
This machine supports full upper body development—back, arms, chest, and core—and is ideal for gyms, functional training studios, and rehab environments. Its durable build and intuitive mechanics ensure a smooth, joint-friendly workout experience tailored for both beginners and advanced athletes.
Multi-Grip Pull-Up System for Targeted Muscle Activation
The Chin-Up section features three ergonomic grip positions:
-
Wide (pronated) – targets upper lats
-
Neutral – focuses on mid-back
-
Close (supinated) – engages lower lats and spinal erectors
Each grip angle is engineered to match the natural strength curve of the body, enhancing efficiency, reducing joint stress, and promoting balanced strength gains. This makes it a perfect tool for both muscle building and technical progression.
Foot-Assisted Platform for Natural Movement & Easy Access
Unlike traditional assisted pull-up machines that use knee pads, the IRONSIDE Luxe features a dual-height foot platform that distributes support from the lower body. This allows for more natural mechanics, better alignment, and easier entry/exit for users of all heights.
Its anti-slip surface ensures safety even during intense sessions, and the platform's accessibility makes it ideal for high-traffic training spaces.
Adjustable Dip Handles for Full Triceps & Chest Engagement
The dip station includes rotating handles that allow quick switching between:
-
Wide grip – emphasizes chest activation
-
Close grip – isolates triceps
Handle spacing is also adjustable, allowing users to find their ideal position based on body type, flexibility, or training goals. This makes it an ideal choice for hypertrophy, strength development, or assisted mobility training.
Engineered for High-Performance Gyms & Rehabilitation Centers
Built with commercial-grade steel and designed for long-term durability, the IRONSIDE Luxe Assisted Chin & Dip Machine is a must-have for facilities focused on safe, scalable strength progression. It combines professional aesthetics with advanced functionality, offering trainers and users the tools to train smarter and recover better.
Combine this station with the Multi Pull-Up Luxe or the Barbell Bench for upper-body progression.

Bon equipement, belle qualité
100% happy ! recommend it
I purchased this ÍPS Pro 2.0 multi-station at a very good price. I think it’s a very versatile piece of equipment, and the quality is excellent. The steel components and overall construction are very sturdy and well-made. As a precaution, if you live outside the city and don’t have access to Ironside’s assembly service, you should make sure you have someone experienced with assembly. This is not an easy piece of equipment to put together, and the instruction manual isn’t sufficiently detailed or clear, so that’s something to keep in mind. That said, their support is good, and they help you remotely. The purchasing experience was excellent, with great customer support and helpful information provided through WhatsApp. Personally, I value being able to purchase everything from a single brand with outstanding quality, as it makes things easier by allowing me to work with just one supplier. These machines are nothing like the poorly assembled, lightweight equipment sold at Liverpool or on Amazon. They are professional-grade, durable machines built with exceptional attention to detail. I highly recommend purchasing from Ironside!

Good product
It’s a very user-friendly and easy-to-use piece of equipment. The members are very satisfied with its benefits.
Very good machine. The only thing I wasn’t completely impressed with was the display, but for the price, the treadmill is perfect for all types of running workouts.
The treadmill is good quality, I recommend it, and I got it at a great price. The only downside is that it took almost a month to arrive. I suggest improving the logistics and shipping process, especially since this is the third time I’ve purchased a product from you.
Excellent purchase!! It’s a high-quality product at a great price. I highly recommend it 100%.
