The IRONSIDE Hybrid Training Sled - Prowler is built to develop applied strength, power and conditioning under load in a format that reflects real-world functional training demands. It allows for pushing, pulling and loaded movement in one continuous system, engaging the lower body, core and cardiovascular system simultaneously.
This type of equipment has become essential in HYROX-style and hybrid training, where sustaining effort under fatigue is just as important as maximum strength. The sled forces the body to produce force while moving, creating direct transfer to athletic performance and overall conditioning.
Force Production in Motion
Unlike traditional strength exercises performed on fixed paths, sled training introduces horizontal resistance that requires force generation from the ground with every step. This activates the quadriceps, glutes, hamstrings and core in an integrated way, delivering a more functional and complete stimulus.
This type of work improves not only power but also the ability to sustain effort over time, making it ideal for high-intensity training and competitive formats.
Hybrid Design and Versatility

Built from steel, the sled supports up to 880 lb (400 kg), maintaining stability under demanding conditions. Its base weight of approximately 93 lb (42.2 kg) already provides enough resistance for technique work or warm-up sessions without additional plates.
The base is designed for controlled sliding across multiple surfaces, ensuring smooth movement without excessive friction or instability.

I purchased this ÍPS Pro 2.0 multi-station at a very good price. I think it’s a very versatile piece of equipment, and the quality is excellent. The steel components and overall construction are very sturdy and well-made. As a precaution, if you live outside the city and don’t have access to Ironside’s assembly service, you should make sure you have someone experienced with assembly. This is not an easy piece of equipment to put together, and the instruction manual isn’t sufficiently detailed or clear, so that’s something to keep in mind. That said, their support is good, and they help you remotely. The purchasing experience was excellent, with great customer support and helpful information provided through WhatsApp. Personally, I value being able to purchase everything from a single brand with outstanding quality, as it makes things easier by allowing me to work with just one supplier. These machines are nothing like the poorly assembled, lightweight equipment sold at Liverpool or on Amazon. They are professional-grade, durable machines built with exceptional attention to detail. I highly recommend purchasing from Ironside!
