IRONSIDE CANADA – Warranty Policy

At IRONSIDE CANADA, we offer warranty coverage on our products according to their category:

  • Fitness equipment, machines, and accessories: 12-month warranty from the date of purchase.

  • Apparel and Activewear: 30 calendar days for exchanges or returns, subject to the conditions below.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects, missing parts, and functional faults that prevent normal use of the product. Below you’ll find the details on how to submit a claim, the conditions, and exclusions.

1. How to Submit a Warranty Claim

If you received a defective, incomplete, or non-functional product, please:

Include the following:

  • Clear photos and/or videos showing the issue

  • Your order number or proof of purchase

Our technical team will review your request and respond within 3 business days.

⚠️ Note: Shipping times for parts or replacements may vary depending on your location and logistics availability.

2. Available Solutions

Product Replacement

An immediate exchange or refund will be processed in the following cases:

  • The product has a manufacturing defect that prevents normal use

  • The product does not match its intended use or specifications

  • Essential components are missing and cannot be replaced with individual parts

If only minor parts are missing, they will be shipped within 3 to 5 business days.

📌 Note: Product images are for reference only. Minor differences in color, finish, or non-visible components (e.g., bolts) are not considered defects.

Product Repair

If the issue is due to a replaceable component, IRONSIDE CANADA may provide free repair service. The product will be repaired and reshipped within 5 to 8 business days.

3. Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear from use

  • Damage from commercial use not recommended by the user manual

  • Damage caused by impact, humidity, poor storage, or improper exposure

  • Modified, misassembled, or misused products

  • Missing parts not reported within 10 days of delivery

  • Installations by third parties or companies not authorized by IRONSIDE CANADA

⚠️ For best results and long-term performance, we recommend using IRONSIDE-certified technicians for installation and maintenance.

4. Post-Warranty Service

After the 12-month warranty period, we offer preferential repair services to our customers. These are billed according to current rates and availability at the time of the request.

IRONSIDE Activewear Warranty

IRONSIDE apparel comes with a 30-day return or exchange window from the date of delivery.

Conditions:

  • The item must be unused

  • It must not be washed, altered, or damaged

  • Original tags and complete packaging (if applicable) must be included

🚫 Not eligible for return/exchange:

  • Underwear, swimwear, or intimate items

  • Final Sale or "Non-returnable" promotional items

  • Items showing signs of use, stains, tears, or alterations

Manufacturing Defects in Apparel

If a proven manufacturing defect is found, we will replace, exchange, or refund the item at no cost.

  • The claim must be submitted within 30 days of delivery

  • Our quality control team will assess the garment

❌ The following are not considered defects:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage due to improper washing or misuse

Refunds and Procedure

Refunds are issued using the original payment method or as store credit, at the customer's choice.

  • Refunds may take 7 to 10 business days to appear, depending on the bank or payment processor

Steps to request a return or exchange:

  1. Contact our customer service team with your request

  2. You will receive instructions and, if eligible, a prepaid return label (available within Canada only)

  3. Pack the item and include proof of purchase

  4. Once received, we’ll notify you of the outcome within 5 business days

Final Notes

  • IRONSIDE CANADA reserves the right to reject warranty or return requests that do not meet the conditions above
