The IRONSIDE Luxe Row Bench is engineered for consistent, safe and powerful free-weight back training in high-traffic commercial gyms, strength facilities and personal training studios. Its reinforced frame and ergonomic chest support allow athletes to row with clean mechanics even under heavier loads — minimizing lower back compensation and keeping tension where it belongs: lats, rhomboids and teres muscles.

Reinforced Frame & Maximum Stability
With a wide base and 78 kg of structural weight, the platform remains rock solid under heavy pulling. No shifting. No instability. Just direct force transfer.
The oversized chest pad keeps the torso fixed without collapsing, allowing athletes to focus on scapular retraction and depression instead of bracing their lower back.
Dual-position anti-slip footplates help athletes find their optimal hip angle based on leg length, ankle mobility or preferred rowing style — whether emphasizing thickness (shorter, heavier pulls) or stretch and width (longer ROM).
Optimized Biomechanics & Neutral Spine Position
The angled chest support promotes a neutral spine alignment, reducing the tendency to overextend the lumbar spine as load increases.
With torso stabilization handled by the machine, the glenohumeral joint can move freely, allowing longer contraction phases and controlled eccentrics — critical for hypertrophy without compensatory hip or upper trap dominance.
The dual-angle multi-grip handle allows switching between neutral and semi-pronated grips, redistributing emphasis across the latissimus dorsi, teres major, rhomboids and mid traps. Grip changes alter the line of pull without sacrificing stability.
Olympic Loading & Smooth Resistance Profile
The Ø48 × 300 mm loading sleeve accommodates Olympic plates and provides ample room for progressive overload.

I purchased this ÍPS Pro 2.0 multi-station at a very good price. I think it’s a very versatile piece of equipment, and the quality is excellent. The steel components and overall construction are very sturdy and well-made. As a precaution, if you live outside the city and don’t have access to Ironside’s assembly service, you should make sure you have someone experienced with assembly. This is not an easy piece of equipment to put together, and the instruction manual isn’t sufficiently detailed or clear, so that’s something to keep in mind. That said, their support is good, and they help you remotely. The purchasing experience was excellent, with great customer support and helpful information provided through WhatsApp. Personally, I value being able to purchase everything from a single brand with outstanding quality, as it makes things easier by allowing me to work with just one supplier. These machines are nothing like the poorly assembled, lightweight equipment sold at Liverpool or on Amazon. They are professional-grade, durable machines built with exceptional attention to detail. I highly recommend purchasing from Ironside!
